Using participant's own real-life situations as well as mock scenarios, these workshops equip participates with techniques that will help take their personal and professional communication skills to a new level.

The Metaphysics of Personal Identity & the True Self

What makes us who we are? How do we arrive at the identity we refer to as self? Without even realizing it, many of us go through life mistaking the person we're used to being with the person we really are. These programs explore fundamental concepts in personal identity from a metaphysical perspective. Participants learn basic techniques for detaching from self-defeating myths and illusory self-images in order to finally come face to face with the True Self.


Simple Self-Healing

The ability to heal is innate in everyone. Simple Self-Healing introduces participants to simple techniques for physical, mental and emotional healing, as well as useful strategies for emotional management.
