This is so true, energy is everything! I am just writing an article about energy and healing and its premise is that without energy you can’t heal. There needs to be a balance between how your intake of food and medications makes you feel, and how much energy you left for healing.

Yes, without energy, you can’t do anything–including stay alive! Generally, I would say you need to have sufficient available energy of the right quality flowing where it needs to go. But as long as the energy is flowing, it knows where to go anyway and will get there, barring any serious leaks or obstructions. What you ingest is certainly one important element that affects those conditions, so you want them to help, not hinder the natural healing process.
