ANNOUNCING the Inner Power Video Project – a fun exercise to get unstuck!

Too often we get stuck in our ways and stuck in our lives because we grow inflexible in body, mind and spirit. What would happen for you, your family, your friends or your business if you tried something new at least once a week for a month? The Inner Power Channel (InnerPowerChannel.com) is excited to announce the Inner Power video project in partnership with Dr. Antonia M and the Inner Power Workbook. We’re looking for exciting, heart-warming, or inspiring Inner Power stories from you! For the first series in the project, do the exercise mentioned above and create a short video or slideshow of up to 90 seconds (like the one below) showing how you, your family, friends or family used the exercise (from the Inner Power Workbook) to change your life. Submit your video by December 1, 2009. Keep reading for guidelines and prize information!

PRIZES:

  1. Be the first to submit your video according to the guidelines and win a free, 1-on-1, Breakthrough Session using the Inner Power Mapping technique with Dr. Antonia M, author of the Inner Power Workbook and founder of the InnerPowerment Process. The Breakthrough Session is an empowering, transformational process designed to help break cycles of negativity, struggle and underachievement, and develop a roadmap to reach your personal, professional or spiritual growth goal.
  2. The most watched video (as of Dec. 31, 2009 11:59 pm ET) wins a customized 6-week holistic personal growth or goal achievement curriculum, based on your specific growth objectives and lessons from the Inner Power Workbook. Use the curriculum for yourself, your organization, or your business.

Guidelines for creating your video:

  1. Film or photograph yourself, your family, or your friends practicing exercise #6 from the Inner Power Workbook: “Try something new at least once a week.”
  2. In your video, briefly describe how the exercise and the new things you tried empowered you and/or changed your life.
  3. You may create one video for each new adventure – or – combine all of your adventures into a single video.
  4. Maximum length for videos: 90 seconds
  5. Optionally, include your first name or initials and where you’re from in your video (unless you want to remain anonymous)

Guidelines for submitting your video:

  1. Create, edit and save your video or slideshow to a web compatible format. (A free, easy-to-use online program is available at www.onetruemedia.com)
    • Video Format: H.264, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, WMV, or MOV
    • Resolution: 640×360 (16:9) or 480×360 (4:3) preferred
    • Audio Format: MP3 or AAC preferred
    • Frames per second: 30 recommended
    • Maximum length: 90 seconds
    • Maximum file size: 1 GB
  2. Upload your video as a “video response” to theĀ  Inner Power Workbook Exercise #6 video on the Inner Power Channel (or you can record a live video at the above web address using a web cam).
  3. Tag your video: “Inner Power Workbook Exercise #6″
  4. By submitting your video to this project, you certify and warrant that your video does not violate the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties (such as privacy and publicity rights), and that you otherwise have the full right and authority to submit the video. Your video will be publicly viewable on the Inner Power Channel on YouTube immediately upon submission.
  5. Finished!
