January Spiritual Practice & Follow-up
Inner Life Society Each month, the Inner Life Society shares a spiritual exercise for members to practice. We follow up at the end of the month to discuss our experiences and results from doing the exercise. THE PRACTICE This month’s practice is a very powerful one for preventing blocks for settling in your energy field. It’s also good for improving the quality of your dream state. For maximum results, daily practice is recommended. At the very least, try this exercise once a week: Before going to bed, quickly review your day, either mentally or in your journal. Make note of any incident during which you had a negative emotional reaction. Imagine or write down how you could have responded in a more spiritually enlightened way. If you encounter challenges or have comments, send a message through the group mailing list Attend the follow-up session at the end of the month to share your results and insights about the exercise and its spiritual benefits. * Monthly practices are first announced during the “Your One BIG Question” tele-gathering held the preceding month.
