I recently organized a weekend Inca Healing retreat in New York with Peruvian shaman, Don Victor Estrada. During this incredible experience, Don Victor shared a few natural remedies with us. This is one of them.

Ingredients

  • Potato Skin

Recipe A (extract)

  1. Clean the skin of one or more potatoes
  2. Extra juice from skin and drink (this makes just a few ounces – perhaps 2 – 4oz).
