Cleansing Mind, Body, Spirit and Emotions

August 10, 2009

To address the mind, spirit, and emotions, you may try flower essences. They are powerful agents for soul healing and restoration. they can clear conscious and unconscious toxic thoughts and emotions and assist any soul work you may be doing. I have also done silence fasts to still the mind. Physically: The colon is one elimination organ in your body. the Liver, kidneys, skin, and lungs are other elimination organs that may need to be cleared. Breathwork, blood purifiers, kidney cleanses, sweats ( saunas or steam) may also be helpful.

Spiritually Branding Your Business Identity

August 10, 2009

Having many things to offer in my practice, it has become a great challenge to summarize what I do. Because my work involves healing the whole person it spans, natural health, hypnotherapy, soul work, life coaching, seminars, and training. The integration of several fields into one practice makes it difficult to explain what I do. The ancients would have referred to me as a priestess or a shaman. We don’t have such titles now or ones that the public readily identifies with because our society tends to separate and specialize. I have noticed that there are more and more of us doing this so it seems there needs to be a “new” field or redefined field that applies to us that can then be identified by the public. Some of the branding just seems to be the need to the need to define our niche. My “brand” became Total Life Empowerment because I address and facilitate healing and empowerment for the whole life. Empowerment, for me is taking responsibility for your destiny and making active conscious decisions for your entire well being. By understanding and embracing the power within you to heal your life, you become an empowered being. This could and does apply for health, lifestyle, spirit, emotions, mind, etc.

How Are You Celebrating Inner Power Week?

April 24, 2009

Officially, Inner Power Week is the third week of April, but you can start any time. If you missed the announcement, you can read about Inner Power Week on my site . Definitely check it out if you run your own group. Inner Power Week got off to a great start for me. Monday night was the first night of a week-long spiritual quest that I’m doing with a small group right here in New York City. The week has been focused on being in the moment and on being of service to people, animals and the planet in complimentary ways, while bringing some sunshine, smiles, and a little healing energy along the way. Of course, you have to be in the moment to be of greatest services in that moment. The week was also focused on alchemical magic, and learning how to transmute energy without getting depleted in the process, which has a lot to do with remaining in Unity Consciousness when working with energy. ‘Ironically,’ the day before the quest, I decided to work on the success growth track from the Inner Power Workbook (workshop #s 11, 18 & 47): “The biggest error made on the quest for knowledge and power is overlooking the knowledge and power you already have acquired,” the lesson begins. Often, we’re looking so closely at how to improve and how to change that we may not always see the opportunity right in front of us to use what we have and what we know to make the most of what the moment has to offer. In addition to the service projects we’ve been doing, including visiting animal shelters in the city and helping to promote their message, we’ve been reading a new book called the Face on Your Plate. It’s a very powerful book that reveals a lot about the dynamics unconsciously being created by humans and the natural world. It’s definitely worth checking out. Last night, as part of our deepening process (you go deeper everyday with a quest) we’ve started a cleanse and fast with lemon, water and cayenne pepper. Our eating habits have such an effect on our energy in more ways than one. It will be interesting what new inner power we’ll be able to tap into in the coming days. What/who are you focused on being right now?

August 6, 2008

I almost want to say ’sane’ !!! :) Well, I guess what I mean is clear. I want to be clear. I feel like I’ve been chasing a lot of wild geese and magic dragons. I’d like to disperse that and be a lot more clear about what I’m doing (or what I choose to do) and why. Now that I think about it, I think you comment about Beingness applies. My chasing wasn’t based on who I want to be but rather how I want to be perceived, which I’m just realizing are completely different.
