Too often we get stuck in our ways and stuck in our lives because we grow inflexible in body, mind and spirit. What would happen for you, your family, your friends or your business if you tried something new at least once a week for a month? The Inner Power Channel (InnerPowerChannel.com) is excited to announce the Inner Power video project in partnership with Dr. Antonia M and the Inner Power Workbook. We’re looking for exciting, heart-warming, or inspiring Inner Power stories from you! For the first series in the project, do the exercise mentioned above and create a short video or slideshow of up to 90 seconds (like the one below) showing how you, your family, friends or family used the exercise (from the Inner Power Workbook) to change your life.
