A cluttered physical, mental, spiritual or emotional space has significant impact on the flow or non-flow of your life. This week on the Inner Power Hour radio show (www.InnerPowerHour.com), we took an in-depth look at the spiritual reality behind many kinds of clutter, chaos and disorganization that plague us personally and professionally.

But the part of the conversation that stuck with me most was about how self-judgment can clutter our path to success. Along with the clutter of unfinished ideas, unresolved emotions, jealousy, and unattained dreams, the clutter created by your own self judgment leaves behind a veritable obstacle course if your life. These cluttered corners of your body, mind and spirit manifest as big and little messes in your house, relationships, financial situation, workplace, etc. And you can become so distracted with creating strategies to maneuver around those messes that you lose sight of and lose connection with your path, purpose and identity; In navigating the obstacle course and trying to move away from your messes, you are no longer focused on forward motion toward your destiny.
