On the last trip to Peru, we worked a few days with the medicine of the San Pedro plant as well as Ayahuasca. I did well with the Ayahuasca but the San Pedro (or Wachuma) plant really lifted a lot of very heavy debris. This time, I’d like to not have so much debris to lift.

Sacred Journey, Comfortable Mocassins

Somehow it always seems that the journey begins before the journey begins. In two weeks, a group of us begins our spiritual pilgrimage in Peru, trekking the ancient paths of the ancestors and passing through spiritual ritual and ceremony. We are all quite excited, and I for one am enthralled with the prospect of meeting the new woman–the new being–I will become.
