Afro-Peruvian and Indigenous Quechua Earthquake Survivors Still Desperate for Help

Two weeks after the earthquake, “second-class citizens” in Peru, the Afro-Peruvians and Indigenous Quechua, are still without the basic necessities even though tons of aid has poured into the country. I have searched for and found an organization that’s reaching out to these communities which, according to reports, were hit hardest by the quake.
