Conducted in-person at schools, offices, community centers, and other organizations, as well as virtually over the Internet or by teleconference, the camps take participants on a life-changing and life-affirming journey toward fulfillment and related personal healing. The holistic approach allows participants to face and overcome mental, physical, emotional and spiritual roadblocks and self-sabotaging patterns that interrupt success before it has a chance to take a strong, stable root and flourish.

A cornerstone of the process is The Self-Fulfillment Workbook, which contains motivational messages, discussion topics, and journaling and empowerment exercises that encourage self-reflection, expression, accountability, transformation, consistency, and initiative, among other traits. Empowerment camps are tailored to fit a group's needs and objectives. Participants and organizers choose the specific focus of each empowerment camp.

An empowerment camp is available in multiple formats from a 60-90 minute keynote program to full 12-week development programs that take participants through life-changing, momentum-building, transformational work and follow-up support to ensure that you take the necessary steps toward your evolution. Each member has a workbook and online account to track progress, request support, post messages, schedule personal tasks and receive e-mail reminders so they don't lose track or fall behind. Camp programs are available in the US and abroad.

FOR INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES AND SMALL GROUPS
Smaller groups of 10 or less usually take the camp as a combined online and live telephone or web-based coaching program. The virtual "campground" is shared with others. FOR LARGER GROUPS, ORGANIZATIONS AND BUSINESSES
Most large groups of 25 or more prefer an onsite camp program, although extremely large groups consisting of several thousand members can be accommodated with an online program that allows text, audio, video and Internet phone chat for the live portions of the program.
